Responder Republic

Legal & Intellectual Property Statement

Responder Republic, operated by Kigital Enterprises FZ-LLC. Applies worldwide.

1. Independent, original work

All training, courses, examinations, scenarios, skill drills, study guides, diagrams and other materials published by Responder Republic are original works authored independently by Responder Republic. They are our own intellectual property, created by us for the purpose of professional development.

2. No affiliation and no endorsement

Responder Republic is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, accredited by, licensed by, examined by, or otherwise connected to the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA®), the U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the National Wildfire Coordinating Group (NWCG), the U.S. Department of Transportation (US DOT / PHMSA), the World Health Organization (WHO), the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), or any other standards-development organization, government agency, certifying body or company named anywhere on this platform.

3. Names and standards are referenced nominatively only

Where the names of such organizations, their standards (for example NFPA 1072, NFPA 1006, OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120 and 1910.146, FEMA ICS / NIMS) or their trademarks appear on this platform, they are used solely to identify and describe the publicly established professional competencies to which our independent training is aligned. All such names, standard numbers, logos and trademarks remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. Their appearance here does not imply any partnership, approval or endorsement.

4. No proprietary material is reproduced

Responder Republic does not copy, reproduce, republish, redistribute or create derivative works of any copyrighted standard, textbook, examination bank or other proprietary material belonging to any organization. Our content is developed from (a) publicly available competency and job-performance frameworks, (b) publicly stated learning objectives, and (c) public-domain publications of the United States Government. Copyrighted standards themselves are never reproduced; only their publicly available scope and competency descriptions are referenced.

5. Public-domain and externally hosted material

Some referenced courses are works of the U.S. Government and are in the public domain. Where Responder Republic links to a free external course, that course is owned, hosted and delivered by its originating institution on that institution’s own website; Responder Republic claims no ownership of it and acts only as a signpost to help learners find it.

6. The nature of our certificate

Responder Republic is a CPD-approved training provider. Successful completion of our training earns a Responder Republic Certificate of Completion carrying CPD hours. This is an independent certificate of completion — it is not a statutory certification, licence, accreditation or qualification issued by any of the organizations referenced above, and it is not a substitute for any legally required, accredited or authority-having-jurisdiction training or certification.

7. Respect for rights holders

Responder Republic respects the intellectual property of every standards-development organization and rights holder. If you are a rights holder and believe any content is misattributed, inaccurate, or infringes your rights, please contact us at [email protected] and we will review it and, where appropriate, correct or remove it promptly.
