Staff who don't pass receive the study material to re-prepare and a retest within a 3-month window, under the same secure conditions. One retest is included with every code.
Your data is stored securely, used only to deliver this service, and never sold, shared or repurposed. You retain ownership of your staff data, and we delete it on request. Full data-processing terms are provided with your agreement.
