By using Responder Republic ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service is operated by Kigital Enterprises FZ-LLC ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service provides study, revision and practice material for emergency-response disciplines, aligned to published competency standards.
Important. The Service is not a statutory certification, not a licence to practise, and not a substitute for legally required accredited training or for hands-on assessment by an authorised assessor. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or certified by NFPA, OSHA, FEMA, NWCG, the NREMT or any fire, EMS or regulatory authority.
The Service is not an emergency service. In a real emergency, call your local emergency number.
Certificates are issued on passing the relevant assessment and carry a unique verifiable ID. We may revoke a certificate obtained through fraud, impersonation or manipulation of the assessment. Certificates state the standard the training was aligned to; they do not assert that you hold a qualification issued by any standards body.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach.
All course content, examinations, scenarios, skill sheets, software and branding are the original work and property of Responder Republic / Kigital Enterprises FZ-LLC, protected by copyright. Your subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the material for your own professional development. See our Legal & IP statement.
We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, add or withdraw courses and features.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for decisions taken in the field, or for any outcome of an incident. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Emergency response is inherently dangerous. Always follow your own organisation's procedures, your incident commander and your local law and protocols — they take precedence over any training material.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the UAE have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
